Northwest Primary Care is dedicated to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. Our training, interests and enthusiasm emphasize the total care of the family, including general medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics and limited surgery.

Our model of care is based on the concept of a relationship-centered personal medical home, where patients can receive a basket of services, including acute, chronic and preventive medical care.

Northwest Primary Care has been acknowledged through Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) awards for performance and practices of successful medical clinics.

We are physician-owned, and our qualified practitioners have a variety of backgrounds and interests to meet your needs. Unlike many medical clinics today, most of our Primary Healthcare Practitioners have hospital privileges, and will follow your care at the hospital in the event of an emergency or life-threatening situation. In our clinics, our staff is dedicated to making your visit as pleasant and efficient as possible.
