Medical Records Clerk

Northwest Primary Care Group, P.C., is seeking a self-motivated multi-tasker for a Medical Records support position. 

Excellent customer service and computer skills a must.  Experience with electronic records/HIPAA requirements preferred; previous medical office experience a plus. 

This person will be working with a supportive, close-knit team that knows how to incorporate fun into their daily activities. 

Responsibilities include scanning and indexing incoming records; release of records; communicating with outside providers; filing; supporting internal Practitioner needs; faxing; and answering incoming records-related calls.  Possible cross-training for front desk receptionist, as well.

This position is full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)

    Health Plan Referral Coordinator

    Northwest Primary Care Group, P.C., is looking for a Health Plan Referral Coordinator to manage all prepaid health plans and accounts.  The Coordinator acts as a resource to Practitioners, Administration and others regarding procedures for all prepaid health plans. The position requires a self-motivated team player experienced in managed care plans, referrals and claims processing. 

    Must have computer skills and know medical coding and terminology. Must be able to multi-task and possess great organizational skills.

    This position is full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm).

Medical Assistant

Northwest Primary Care Group, P.C., is looking for a full-time experienced Medical Assistant to work at its busy family practice clinic. Duties include patient triage and assisting Practitioners with a variety of exams. Must have good communication skills. Injections/immunization and phlebotomy skills a plus, as well as knowledge of computer and electronic health records. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm; the successful candidate must be able to work any of these shifts.
