APPOINTMENTS

SCHEDULING AND CANCELING
Patients are seen by appointment to allow the most efficient care possible with a minimal amount of waiting.

To make an appointment, please call 503.659.4988 and ask for scheduling. You will be asked to verify your insurance, address, and telephone. It takes 5-10 minutes for a new patient to set up an account and schedule an appointment with us.

It is important to let the scheduler know if the appointment is billed to worker's compensation, motor vehicle insurance or another third party payer so it will be processed correctly. Please have all insurance information available to give the scheduler.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our scheduling department to cancel so the appointment time can be used by another patient.
