Beth Lebert, FNP

Beth Lebert received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Portland in 1986, and her family nurse practitioner master’s degree from the Oregon Health & Sciences University in 1995. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Nurse Practitioners of Oregon, and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nurses.
Beth is nationally certified in primary care as a family nurse practitioner. She joined Northwest Primary Care after a variety of practice experiences including more than 18 years
of trauma nursing at OHSU (Oregon Health & Science University). Beth enjoys working at the opposite end of the spectrum, preventing injury and illness as well as promoting wellness.
Prior to joining Northwest Primary Care, Beth spent some time practicing in the desert south of Phoenix, Arizona, where she realized how much she missed rain. Now back in Oregon, Beth is excited about her new position at the Sellwood-Moreland clinic. “The community is wonderful and you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. I am really looking forward to meeting new patients from this area. I am also excited to work with a medical team that truly believes how important it is to provide the best comprehensive patient care for every stage of life.“
