Seetharaman was born in Madras, India where he graduated from medical school at
Stanley Medical College
in 1984. He practiced as a family physician in India and
later moved to work in the Seychelles for 9 years as a primary care physician
before relocating to the US. Dr.Seetharaman finished his residency at OHSU after
working as a research faculty in Neurosurgery at the same place. He now makes
his home in Portland where he enjoys fishing and visiting the coast with his
family. During his free time he enjoys playing with his kids and gardening.
