DIABETES CLASSES

Why Northwest Primary Care offers a diabetes education program.

Being diagnosed with diabetes can be a very frightening experience for yourself and your family. Northwest Primary Care has a strong commitment to our patients, and we believe that education is the key to keeping your diabetes under control. These Classes give you the patient an opportunity to have your questions answered by Medical Practitioners that specialize in the treatment of diabetes. We have based the program on needs expressed by our patients, and the latest information concerning diabetes.

When and Where
The program consists of four class session over a two week period, or a one day Saturday class. Classes are held at our Sellwood/Moreland Clinic. Cost
There is a $20.00 registration fee for the class. Please contact your insurance company to ensure this is a covered benefit under your healthcare plan.
