Sometimes though, getting the services you receive paid for by an Insurance company can be frustrating.
The Business Office Team at Northwest Primary Care Group is here to help make that process efficient and painless for you. While there are thousands of insurance companies across the country, we are setup to bill them electronically on your behalf. If they require additional documentation, we will work with you to ensure their requirements are met.
To assure a good working relationship between you, the business office and your insurance office, we suggest the following:
- Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your health care coverage status. Bring your new insurance card to your appointment.
- Be sure to update your address and phone number with us should it change. This will help us get laboratory and radiology results, billing statements and appointment reminders to you quickly and confidentially.
- Check your billing statement carefully when you receive it. We try not to make mistakes, but they may happen and we want to correct them for you as soon as possible.
- Medical expenses rise, and as insurance coverage shrinks, some of us are left with a larger bill to pay than expected. While your balance is expected to be paid within 60 days, should the need arise we will setup a 'budget payment plan' for you. Keeping in touch with our Business Office and keeping a payment plan will protect your good credit rating.
