PHYSICIANS
When you first join our clinic we ask you to choose a primary care
practitioner for each family
member. To help in your selection we have provided a list on the bottom of your
screen. Click on a practitioner name to display information about the physician, nurse
practitioner or physician assistant.
On your first visit to the clinic, you will be asked to make your selection at our registration
desk. Your practitioner is responsible for coordinating your medical care and should be contacted when you need medical
services. If your practitioner determines you need care from a specialist, they will make the necessary arrangements.
