About Us

Northwest Primary Care has been a part of the greater SE Portland community since 1960 when a local physician founded Clackamas Internal Medicine. Then in 1976, two other local physicians created Milwaukie Family Practice. In 1994 the two practices combined to form Northwest Primary Care Group as it is today. The Talbert clinic began serving patients in 1995 and our Sellwood/Moreland clinic opened the doors to the community in 2006. Northwest Primary Care employs Family Medicine and Internal Medicine doctors and practitioner. Our Northwest Sleep Health and Northwest Therapy divisions are also an important part of our family.
