Jay is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Married with 3 children, he likes to balance a very busy family life with a career focused on improving his patients' mobility and quality of life. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling to other countries, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Northwest. His love for the outdoors and commitment to physical fitness are not only personal passions, but also integral to his professional philosophy.
