I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. It is important to me to work as a team with patients when coming up with treatment strategies. I enjoy trying to help people improve their health and wellness, and I find my relationships with my patients to be very fulfilling.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing tennis, hiking, yoga, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I have two wonderful sons and a dog who keep us very busy. My favorite part of living in the Pacific Northwest is all the beautiful outdoors we have available to explore.
