Approach to Patient Care

Being a primary care provider gives me the privileged opportunity to build long lasting relationships with patients in my community and create individualized plans catered to every patient’s unique needs. I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest evidence based medicine, and also incorporate aspects of functional medicine to provide complete care for my patients. I am here to listen, care, and advocate for all of my patients. My focus is on the needs of each patient and I am motivated to help everyone be their healthiest, best self.

Personal Interests

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, attended University of Oregon, and moved to Seattle with my husband after college. After graduating from University of Washington Physician Assistant school, I decided to return home to give back to the community that raised me. When I am not working, I love to travel the world, exploring the history and cuisine of other cultures, and enjoying all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer throughout each season by skiing, hiking, camping, golfing, biking and taking dance classes.
