NWPC Arrival Time Policy

At NWPC, one of our core values is providing patient care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented the following policy for patient appointment arrival time.

Patients must arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time with pre-registration completed. If a patient is unable to complete their pre-registration, they must arrive 30 minutes before appointment time.

Unfortunately, we may need to reschedule a patient's appointment if they do not arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their appointment time (depending on if pre-registration is completed or not).
