I’m a new patient of Northwest Primary Care. Can I book my appointment online?
At this time, only established patients of NWPC can book an online appointment.

I just completed the process to book an appointment online. How do I know my appointment is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation message from NWPC with appointment instructions and any possible questions your provider needs clarity on prior to your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation message within one business day, please call (503) 659 4988.

I’m trying to book an appointment online, but getting an error message. Why?

You may encounter an error message when your provider does not have upcoming availability or you are trying to make an appointment with a provider you have never seen before. If an error message persists, call our Scheduling team at (503) 659-4988 to make your appointment.

Can I cancel an appointment online?

At this time, patients cannot cancel appointments online. To cancel an appointment, please call (503) 659-4988.

Can I book an appointment online to be seen for COVID-19 symptoms?

No. Please call our scheduling team at (503) 659.4988 if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. If your symptoms are life threatening, call 911.

Can I book a telehealth appointment online?

At this time, NWPC is not offering the ability to make a telehealth appointment online. Please call (503) 659-4988 to schedule a telehealth appointment.

What appointments need to be made over the phone?

At this time, certain appointments must be scheduled over the phone:

  • Worker’s Compensation
  • Motor Vehicle Accident
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

What do I do if I need to make an appointment that isn’t eligible for online scheduling?

How do I enroll in My Health Record?

Visit any of our clinical sites with your government-issued ID and our staff will enroll you.

My Health Record maintains physical, administrative, electronic, technical and procedural safeguards to help protect your personal information, including SSL and TSL technology. What else can I find on My Health Record?

Through your secure My Health Record portal, you can communicate with your provider through secure messaging, see lab results, view your bill, and access your medical information.
