We use short surveys to better understand your experience and identify ways we can improve care, communication, and service. Your feedback helps us make meaningful improvements for all patients.

No. Participation is completely optional, and your decision to participate (or not) will never affect your care in any way.

You will receive the survey by text message or email shortly after your appointment. 

Yes. You can unsubscribe directly from a survey email by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. In addition, you can unsubscribe from text messages by replying to a survey text message with "STOP." 

You can also reach out to patient.care@nwpc.com if you would like to stop receiving survey-related communication. 

Yes. Survey responses are used internally to help us improve our services and are not made public. However, please note that if you choose to leave a Google review, that review will be public. Please avoid sharing any personal or medical details in a Google review.

No. The option to leave a review is provided, but you’re never required to do so.
