We have an opening for a Collections team member! This position processes unpaid accounts on Guarantor responsibility and assigns uncollectible accounts to a collections agency.

Duties include:

  • Identifies delinquent accounts, aging period, and payment sources
  • Processes Daily Schedules for patients coming in for visits
  • Performs collection actions including contacting patients by telephone
  • Evaluates patient financial status and establishes budget payment plans
  • Reviews accounts for possible assignment to collection agency and prepares information for collection agency
  • Follows and reports status of delinquent accounts
  • Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints
  • Participates in educational activities
  • Performs related work as required

Salary to commensurate with education, training and experience
