We have an opening for a Collections team member! This position processes unpaid accounts on Guarantor responsibility and assigns uncollectible accounts to a collections agency.
Duties include:
- Identifies delinquent accounts, aging period, and payment sources
- Processes Daily Schedules for patients coming in for visits
- Performs collection actions including contacting patients by telephone
- Evaluates patient financial status and establishes budget payment plans
- Reviews accounts for possible assignment to collection agency and prepares information for collection agency
- Follows and reports status of delinquent accounts
- Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints
- Participates in educational activities
- Performs related work as required

Salary:
Salary to commensurate with education, training and experience
