Northwest Primary Care is looking for an APP Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team.
- Full-time at 1.0 FTE
- Monday – Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week schedule
- Team-based care model supporting Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing pediatric patients and older adults
- Direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- 1-year of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting strongly preferred
- Guaranteed salary

Salary:
Salary to commensurate with education, training and experience
