To begin: Log in to My Health Record, and select My Appointments
The Schedule New Appointment screen will open. Note, this is different from the previously available Appointment Request feature. This will schedule an appointment directly with your practitioner.
The next step is to select the reason for your visit for your practitioner. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of Reason for Visit and select the reason that is closest to your reason for the visit (required). Complete the other fields and click Search.
** Note, if the appointment reason you need is not listed, click on other and a request will be made for a scheduling specialist to call you.
Pick the time and date that works best for you, if you need additional times, select More on the selected day.
