How do I schedule an appointment online?
Current patients will need to login to their athenaOne patient portal through a web browser or using the athenaPatient app.
If you are logging in on a web browser:
1) Click the blue “Schedule Now” button on your portal home page.
2) On the next page, you will see a series of dropdown menus. Before selecting an appointment type from the dropdown menu, please click the blue "What Reason Should I Choose?" link. This will display a detailed breakdown of appointment reasons and what they entail, along with important requirements that pertain to certain appointment types (like filling in additional notes or making sure the appointment is scheduled with your PCP).
3) Once you have reviewed the appointment reasons, you can select a reason from the dropdown menu.
3) Available appointment slots will populate in green on the calendar. Select a date to see appointment times.
4) When you select a time, you will see a new page with the details of your appointment, including an "Additional Notes" field. If you are scheduling a Problem Visit, Injury Visit, Post-Hospital Visit, or Medication Check Visit, this field is required. 5) Click "Schedule Appointment" to finalize your booking.
On the athenaPatient app:
1) Tap the purple “Schedule Appointment” button.

Under “Reason for Visit,” select the appropriate appointment type.
3) On the next screen, you will see a calendar. Dates with available appointments will show as green on the calendar. Tap a day in green to see available appointment times.
